- Excellent with red meats of all types especially done on the grill or barbeque. Also good with barbequed pork, beef souvlaki & aged cheeses. Our recommendation: a spice crusted, barbecued, butterflied leg of lamb which includes salt, rosemary and cumin in the spice mix!

- Meritage style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Cabernet Franc sure to impress the palate. A marriage of ripe berries, butterscotch, & vanilla. Subtler notes of anise & fennel with a peppery finish. Aged in oak, smooth tannins allow for drinking now or in years to come.

- Tastes wonderful with prime rib done on the barbecue or roast duck with wild rice & mushrooms. Marinated pork tenderloin is also a good choice. Cheeses that pair well with our Trilogy are gorgonzola, parmesan & asiago. As with most of our red wines, chocolate is always a great combination with Trilogy!

- A Bordeaux style blend of 4 grapes...Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec & Petit Verdot. Rich berry flavour with hints of plum and a touch of smoke & espresso satisfying the palate. The Collection, when passed around is sure to come back full of compliments!

- Barbecued lamb, beef or pork - it particularly suits smokey, chilli-based rubs. All types of beef especially if they have a bit of fat in them and smokey flavour from the barbecue. Spaghetti & meatballs wit fresh parmesan grated on top. A nice sharp cheddar cheese or a dark chocolate with a high cocoa percentage.
